Harworth All Saints

Glass

The stained glass in the east window of the chancel was installed in memory of the John Ismay Fisher, a former churchwarden and chairman of the Worksop Board of Guardians, who died 7 October 1886.

The themes of the window are the Good Shepherd, the Ascension and the Light of the World.

The inscription along the bottom of the window reads:

TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF JOHN ISMAY FISHER OCTOBER 7TH 1886

A stained glass window commemorating Harworth Colliery, which closed in 2006, was installed in the east window of the south chapel in January 2018. It was designed by artist Graeme Willson, made by Martin Johnson Stained Glass of York, and depicts two miners with a cross and colliery winding wheel in the background.

West window

All other glass in the church is plain but with a distinct border of red quarries.
