Her left hand rests on a spiked wheel of black and yellow. Her right hand is missing. The border c1420-90 has three crowns in yellow and black, with three additional corroded dark coloured panels with hard to distinguish images of a grotesque crescent shaped Punch head, and the Devil depicted as a pig with lion’s paws and claws, holding a flaying knife upwards in the right hand. The left hand is hanging over the edge of a pickling tub under which a fire burns. This wooden tub stands on legs and the Devil’s legs show beneath it. He is cowled and cloaked. There are quarries and border pieces identical to those at Holme by Newark.
