 | The organ is small, workmanlike, typical of the period and very suitable for accompanying worship in this sort of Church. The electric blower was given by Marion Murdoch. It has two manuals (keyboards).     Philip Wood, organ builders of Huddersfield, confirm that it is unique as probably unaltered apart from the introduction of an electric blower. The original hand pump is still present, indicating a lack of electricity in the village in 1905. The organ is presently serviced by Henry Groves and Son, Church Organ Builders, of Nottingham. | let everything that hath breath praise the Lord | There was a small organ, given by Miss Milward in 1851. In the Terrier of 1936 the inventory includes 'a harmonium'. In 2013 there was an electric Yamaha organ, with small stage sited in the north aisle. This organ was given by Debbie McDowell in memory of Robert Aubrey Tuddenham. |
