Sutton-in-Ashfield St Michael and All AngelsFeatures and Fittings
The stone chancel screen was erected in 1887. It was described by the Nottingham Evening Post as being 'of rather an unusual character, inasmuch as it is literally cusped and corbeled and supported by lofty symmetrical columns.'
There is an ornate stone pulpit to the south of the screen.
On the west wall were two wooden plaques recording the names of clergy and churchwardens. They are currently stored at the former church of Brough St Stephen, near Newark.
