Awsworth St Peter

Bells

A single bell is housed in an eastern, brick turret. It was cast by J Taylor & Co. of Loughborough and is inscribed:

GIVEN BY JOHN M TOWSON
AND SARAH HESELDINE
IN MEMORY OF THEIR
FATHER AND MOTHER
NOV. 1911

The fate of the earlier bell, from the 1746 chapel, is unknown.
