On the walls there are a number of memorials to Holy Trinity parishioners.

HER REMAINS WERE ATTENDED FROM TOURS IN FRANCE BY HER
HUSBAND AND DEPOSITTED IN THE VAULT BELOW
BY THE SIDE OF HER INFANT SON WHO DIED 1ST. FEBRUARY 1813 |
The above John Smith-Wright was the Lord of the Manor, having purchased the
estate in 1803. He lived in Nottingham, and rented out Bulcote Lodge. The vault
was under the chancel of the old church. It is not known if it still exists.

HIS WIFE AND SON REST IN THE CHANCEL)
BY HIS EXERTION THIS CHURCH WAS REBUILT IN 1862 ON THE SITE
OF THE FORMER
SAXON CHURCH WHICH FELL IN THE YEAR 1859

The Misses Popplewell were the tenants of Bulcote Lodge owned by Colonel
Leigh-Egerton but never occupied by him. He acquired the estate by marriage
to Lydia Rachel Smith-Wright daughter of the above.
Miss Maria Popplewell witnessed the collapse
of the old church during a thunderstorm
in 1861.

Also recorded on the grave marker of Ann Wilson his (1st) wife, located in
the church burial ground, below west gable of the church who died in 1845.
