The bell in its turret

The single bell is disused due to it being cracked. It is by Taylors of Loughborough and is inscribed ‘LOUGHBOROUGH’ and ‘TAYLOR’. The date is unknown but Taylors are known to have provided a bell for a church in Chilwell in 1864.

The bell measures 20" and weighs 1cwt 2qr 18lb.
