Hung in a cast-iron frame for eight bells by Fred Pembleton in 1990, with new fittings on the back bells by him.
Formerly they were a ring of six by Taylors in 1860, the two trebles were recast and two further bells added in 1920. All bells were rehung on new ball bearings in 1951. The two trebles of six before recasting had identical inscriptions to the fifth bell.
Physical details:
Treble 33” 7.2.15
2nd 35.5” 8.3.2
Prior to 1860 there were two bells only cast by Samuel Midworth from the two bells of the previous church, cast in 1851. No details survive.
The new six were opened on Tuesday, 13 November 1860.
