South Aisle
On the east wall of the south aisle there is a group of eight memorials.
1.A brass plaque memorial to Annie Mary Bradley Bayley
In
Loving Remembrance
of
Annie Mary Bradley Bayley
Second Daughter of
Henry Farmer
and Wife of Thomas Bayley, M.P.
who died at Langar Hall, Notts.,
on August 23rd 1904,
in the sure and certain faith
and glorious Resurrection.

2.Memorial to Dorothea Crewdson
A mainly wooden plaque mounted within a wooden frame. It is dedicated to Dorothea Crewdson. It is divided by gold strips into a decorated border incorporating trees, birds and a squirrel. It has a roundel in the centre of the top border showing the emblem of the Red Cross, designating her profession. It is flanked by the words 'LAUS DEO'.
The main text reads:

V.A.D. Asst. Nurse A.R.R.C., M.M. who
died at Etaples 12 March 1919 aged 32
after nearly four years work in France

3.Memorial to Henry Crewdson and his wife
The general design of this memorial is as memorial number 2 above. The outer border is different having foliage and flowers with the roundel in the top border having a simple crucifix.
The dedication reads:

for many years Churchwarden
and Choirmaster of this Church
Born at Kendal, 13th October,1852,
Died at Algeciras, 11th April, 1924
and of MARGARET CROOM his wife
Born at Glasgow, 26th October, 1858,

4.The Wright family memorial
This memorial is the largest of the group of eight memorials set on the east wall of the south aisle. It is of white marble on a dark background. The design is simply a rectangular panel with a low pointed pediment with the text slab resting on a moulded sill which is supported by a pair of brackets. The pediment is decorated with a small carved head of a unicorn.

OF ASHBOURN, WHO DIED DECR. 18TH 1833, AGED 74 YEARS.

5.The Johnson Memorial
A simple rectangular brass plate with a domed top edge all set on a wooden backing. The lettering is predominantly black with just three capital letters in red. A small shield is enclosed by a wreath and surmounted by a Bishop’s mitre set within the dome. It also has a shield divided into two vertical halves, with the left half coloured red and displaying a sword crossed with two arrows, and on the right side coloured blue is a white figure, possible a winged rearing horse or a white swan.
The text on the wreath reads 'SCHOLA REGIA GRANTHAMIENSIS'.
The memorial text reads:

OF DUNKIRK HOUSE, NOTTINGHAM,

The Skipper memorial
In contrast to the large Wright family memorial, the memorial to the Rev. R. J. R. Skipper and his wife is a small metal plaque finished with a brown coating set on dark oak board with chaffered edges. It is a more recent design.

7.The Hilda Price memorial
A small rectangular multi-coloured marble slab with a brass dedication plate screwed to it. The brass plaque has a narrow two-line inscribed border and the text is mainly coloured black with the first word of each letter coloured red.

8.The Frederick Wright Memorial

9.The Thomas Adams memorial
This memorial is located at the eastern end of the south aisle. It is a white marble tablet with a low pointed pediment decorated with a carved animal, possibly a lion, which stands on a scroll; the two-word text is now illegible but originally read ‘Animo Fideque’. At the base of the tablet is a marble sill supported by a pair of corbels.
The text reads:

J.P. FOR THE BOROUGH AND COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAM
THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY HIS GRATEFUL CHILDREN

FELL ASLEEP IN JESUS MAY 16TH 1873,
AND WAS BURIED IN THE CHURCH CEMETERY.
He was a faithful man and feared God above many.

10.The Harvey memorial
Another small memorial set below memorial No. 6 and of similar size.
This memorial has a light brown mottled marble back slab with a brass dedication plate decorated with a narrow brass border. The text reads:

11.The Hollick memorial
The Hollick memorial has a narrow grey marble background with a carved figure of Christ standing on a platform and cradling a lamb within His arms whilst supporting a shepherd’ s crook with His left arm and shoulder. At His feet a sheep is looking up at the lamb. The whole figure rests on a shelf of the same marble and is surrounded by a cinquefoil headed frame with ornate carved foliage along the upper edge. An equally ornate cross rises from the apex of the frame. The dedication is set below the statue within a panel of the same material.
The inscription reads:

12.The Lindsey memorial
This is located on the south wall at the west end of the South aisle. It comprises of a frame of grey mottled marble with a brass dedication plate, with a border decorated with flora and fauna. At the head of the dedication there is a plain crucifix.

North Aisle
13.The Albert Ball Memorial
This memorial is dedicated to Albert Ball whose parents were Lenton residents and benefactors of Holy Trinity Church. Albert Ball was a well known and highly decorated fighter pilot who was killed in combat in World War I. The memorial is of brown mottled marble, rectangular in shape with a domed top edge. The brass dedication plate is the same shape, with a border decorated with flowers. In each of the four corners a medal complete with its ribbon is incorporated. A further medal, the Victoria Cross, is displayed within the domed upper section together with the winged emblem of the Royal Air Force.
The inscription reads:

14.The Fenton memorial
The memorial is a rectangular plain white marble plaque with an ornate dentil carved pediment, topped with a carved scroll separated by a leaf motif. The sill at the bottom has a narrow band of carving based on semi circles.
The text lettering is filled with dark colouring and is in good condition.

15.Memorial to the children of the Rev George Browne
This memorial is dedicated to four of the children of the Rev. George Browne and his wife. They were just six months, two years, twelve years and nineteen years old at the time of their death, a sad reflection of short life expectance in the 19th century.
The memorial has a simple design, a white marble dedication tablet, set on a dark background.

16.The Francis Brown memorial
A rectangular tablet of white marble with a narrow moulding supporting a low pointed pediment set on a dark marble background. The carved text lettering is infilled with black colouring.

17.The Elizabeth Browne Memorial
This vertical rectangular memorial of white marble has a plinth topped with a quadrant moulding below the dedication tablet; this is then surmounted by a frieze of carved foliage and completed with a slightly pointed pediment.

18.The Rev. George Browne memorial
This memorial is located on the east wall of the north aisle. It consists of a white marble horizontal tablet with slightly extended sections on the bottom of each side with the moulded frieze on the top edge finished by a low pointed pediment. It is enhanced by a dark coloured marble background of the same shape, but slightly larger.
